My Friend Leonard by James Frey
While in rehab, James Frey finds a father figure in a shady mafia boss called Leonard. When Leonard returns to his dubious, prosperous life in the criminal underworld of Las Vegas, he promises James his support on the outside.
Tragedy strikes the day James is released and his world seems set to implode. Unsure where to turn, he calls Leonard. Paradoxically, it is in Leonard's lawless underworld that James discovers the courage and humanity needed to rebuild his life.

Condition: Good
A secondhand book that has been read but is in good condition. Some minor damage to the cover, including very minimal scuff marks, minor but obvious creasing, and a thin sliver of laminating that's started to come unstuck along the fore-edge of the front cover, but no holes or tears. The majority of pages are undamaged, with minimal creasing and a minor tear at the bottom of the last page. No other tearing in the book, no pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. No missing pages. An old and aged but solid and clean copy.
