A secondhand book that has been read but is in good condition. Very minimal damage to the cover, including very minimal scuff marks and creasing, but no holes or tears. On the top of the inside of the front cover a previous owner has written their name then crossed it out in blue biro. All pages are undamaged, with no creasing or tearing, no pencil underlining of text, no highlighting of text, no writing in margins. There is a small red pen mark that's visible near the top corners of pages 1-5, which does not in any way effect the eligibility of the text. No missing pages.
"Scission, Tim Winton's first collection of short fiction, contains spare, jagged stories in which people struggle with change and disintegration.
These startling stories deal with men, women and children whose lives are coming apart and whose hearts are breaking. Honest, beautiful, shattering tales - vintage Winton."
